In a fast-paced world, sometimes it’s easy to forget about the little things. Stress can take the joy out of life and replace it with aggravation. As a mother of two, I’m constantly on the move and occasionally need to remind myself to slow down and enjoy some simple, but inexpensive, pleasures. In my e-book, "Pamper Yourself For Less," I share some ways to make your life easier and less stressful, including all of my best tips for putting some necessary “me” time back into a busy life. One way to enjoy a healthier life is to exercise. Not only does it make you feel more productive, but it reduces stress as well. If your schedule doesn't allow you to take time to go to a gym, you can get fit from simple tasks around the house. Everyday activities can be your chance to exercise without even knowing it! Vacuuming or mopping burns 150 calories an hour and walking the dog burns 297 calories an hour. So don't think of household responsibilities as just items to mark off the to-do list — think of them as an opportunity to sweat a little and feel good about your body. If it helps, put on some music to get yourself motivated, and if you want to, dance while you're at it. It burns 370 calories an hour! You'll feel great and save on a gym membership. Another simple pleasure is making a spa treatment at home. Life can be hectic when taking the kids to school or running errands, but starting your day off with a quick facial can give you an added boost in your day. Try a soothing banana facial by mixing one medium-sized banana mashed up and two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a bowl. Then, heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warm. Next, just apply for 10-15 minutes and wash it off with warm water, follow by a splash of cold water. This facial is an easy way to rejuvenate yourself and something you can do while getting your kids ready in the morning. For additional enjoyment, pamper yourself with a girl's night at home! You don't have to spend a lot of money to have a great get-together. Allowing yourself time with friends is often just the thing to take the edge off a busy day. Hosting a chick-flick night with inexpensive popcorn or an 80's themed party can turn a mundane week into something to look forward to. Or, mix it up some! Board games aren't just for kids. Ask guests to bring over their favorite games for a night of laughs and fun. I know during a busy week all of these activities might not be possible, but sometimes the smallest pleasures can make the biggest difference. These are just a few ideas from my e-book that will hopefully help you feel better and relieve some stress.

Various people all over the world receive the credit loans from different banks, just because that's simple.
