I was surprised how much heartburn I got during my pregnancy. I had pain after every meal. Of course it was all worth it!

What surprised me the most was how much I hated being prego... So many people just love it and rave but I hated it 90% of the time. All totally worth it when I held my baby boy for the first time, and every time since.

I was most surprised during my labor when they felt the baby's head and predicted she was 7 pounds. They said I had "failure to descend" and had to do a C-Section. The baby came out 9 lbs 11 oz. How did they think she was 7 pounds?!?!?

The biggest surprise of this pregnancy was just finding out I was pregnant! My son just turned 1 on St Patricks Day and we found out last week we are pregnant, even though I was on the pill! Surprise! But a happy one! I am due in November and thinking PINK!

One thing that really surprised me is that I would never touch Chinese food because I never liked the smell or looks of it. While I was pregnant I realized it started smelling really good and when I started drooling I knew I had to try it. LOVED IT...Now I eat it all the time.
